This handmade Shirasaya is a great addition to any sword collection.  Its blade is made from high-quality carbon steel with a decorative hamon and bo-hi that delivers audible feedback while swinging.  Both its handle and scabbard are wood construction with a dark stained finish, appearing as one solid piece when sheathed.  The blade is secured to the handle with a single bamboo mekugi.
